Corporate Social Responsibility is extremely important to us and it affects all aspects of our company and the way we conduct our activities. Our CSR initiatives are centred around five main areas:

• Responsible Employment
• Health and Safety
• The Community
• The Environment

In all of these areas we aim to act as a responsible business, continually aware of the impact our activities could have on one another, the community and the environment.

The community of which we are a part will always remain hugely important to us. That's why as part of our overall CSR package, we concentrate considerable efforts on forging strong relationships with neighbouring organisations, all of which benefit the community in educational, social and economic ways.

Our employees are also encouraged to organise and participate in fundraising events. The money raised from these events goes to our Worthy Causes Fund, which makes donations to local charities and worthwhile projects and initiatives. Fundraising events range from the annual Ashfield In2Focus Challenge Cup football tournament to volunteering weekends to rejuvenate community cafes and school gardens.
