Our Board
Our success is as a direct result of the exceptional people we have
working for us. Meet just a few of the inspirational role models that
have made Ashfield In2Focus what it is today.

Chris Corbin, Managing Director:
When my wife and I began the business from our home in 1997, we had
a vision of changing the acronym CSO, from Contract Sales Organisation to Contract
Services Organisation. As clients needs have evolved, naturally we have evolved too,
maintaining that vision of delivering service. But this is a journey with no ending.
As our customers needs change, we must continue to respond. That way, we'll continue
to live that original vision and continue to deliver exceptional results.

Sam Corbin, Divisional Business Services Director:
Since day one, we have continually strived to deliver exceptional results for our clients. As we have grown and acquired new business we have never lost sight of this goal and work tirelessly to ensure we live up to the expectations of a market leader. One thing that I believe sets us apart is our operational excellence and the support and expertise of our head office functions. As a Business Services Director I notice the impact our head office departments really make, supporting our field force and driving the results that our clients need.

Julian Tompkins, Regional President:
The heritage of our exceptional company includes a sophisticated and integrated Sales
Force Effectiveness and Market Research Team. As I have witnessed this specialisation
grow, I have noticed the added support we can now offer clients. Having the ability to
not only refine the message delivery from the sales teams, but also confirm the clarity
of brand positioning in a live setting is essential in today's environment. This approach
goes way beyond the traditional deployment offered by our competitors and underpins
our commitment to quality.

Andy Holgate, Business Unit Director:
Over the 30 years that I have worked in pharma I have seen contract houses fight
to shake off the tag of being simply numbers driven. Increasingly, however, clients
now recognise that at Ashfield In2Focus we embed quality into everything we do.
We passionately believe that with the right attitudes, the appropriate performance
monitoring tools, sufficient campaign support and strong management, the holy
grail can be achieved; i.e. quality calls on key target customers, but lots of them.

Phil Tomlinson, Business Unit Director:
As a business developer, I have experienced first-hand how the increasing sophistication of the NHS as a purchaser has led to many companies re-evaluating the viability of national promotion of many of their brands. Clients' sales strategies have therefore become much more locally driven and this increasing set of trends demands a level of flexibility never seen before from a CSO. The quality and adaptability of our field force means we can deploy and redeploy faster and more effectively than any of our competitors, enabling us to continually deliver exceptional results.

Kerry McIntosh, Divisional Human Resource Development Director:
Seeing a business grow at the rate of Ashfield In2Focus really demonstrates our com-
mitment, dedication and integrity as a company. It also demonstrates how we continu-
ally invest in our core assets, our people. Their development, happiness and success is
integral to serving the needs of our clients and the continual delivery of results for them.

Ian Rubin, Medical Director:
One of our unique capabilities, unusual amongst other contract sales organisations, is our dedicated Medical Compliance Service. As Medical Director, I have become increasingly aware of clients' needs to be more conscious of the regulatory guidelines that we work within. The support that Medical Compliance offers ensures client integrity at all times, but benefits the NHS as well by optimising patient care. This allows us to consistently work in partnership with both our clients and the NHS, aligning all our strategies and objectives moving forward.

Steve Bainbridge, Divisional Finance Director:
The financial support we offer our clients is truly exceptional. As Finance Director, I implement various processes that not only meet clients' diverse needs but exceed them. On occasion, clients ask for bespoke financial systems that are tailored to their own specific requirements. This is where our experience really shows; our way of working and the processes we adopt can be adapted to suit clients' needs and as a result we continually offer them consistent financial support and reliability.

Roseanne Day, Divisional Quality Assurance Director:
Roseanne is a solicitor qualified in England and Wales. Law is a second career for Roseanne, but even so, she has clocked up over 15 years legal experience. Whilst starting her legal career in clinical negligence work, Roseanne soon turned to commercial and employment law, specialising in those fields in private practice for several years.Roseanne joined Ashfield In2Focus (then Ashfield Healthcare) in 2004 as the company's first lawyer. Over the past 8 years, Roseanne has overseen much growth and change at Ashfield In2Focus and its related Ashfield Group businesses, including several acquisitions and mergers. Roseanne now heads a team of 3 solicitors and an information governance specialist, as well as the Company medical compliance department
