Job Description:

The Role:

Promote products to designated customers in order to achieve plan objectives.

Build relationships with secondary care customers to enhance territory knowledge to gain product endorsement to generate sales.

Facilitate relationships and links between secondary and primary care customers.

Diagnosis of situation of territory e.g. local trust changes, politics, local initiatives leading to subsequent design and implementation of territory action plan, including plans for all ‘key accounts’.

Feedback to local territory team, Managers and Head Office on product performance, relevant competitor activity or local issues to ensure appropriate action can be taken.

Liaise with territory team members and other HSRs to share information generate action plans and therefore achieve overall team goals.

 

The ability to drive is a requirement of this role
