Ashfield Intermediate Healthcare is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection [CSCI].  Within Ashfield Intermediate, the Medical Compliance team of healthcare professional and legal colleagues Healthcare is led by the Medical Director. The team are responsible for:

Protocols and standard operating procedures:

Recruitment including training and qualification requirements
Training/HR Development
Clinical and other procedures
Data recording, analysis and reporting
Consents (both clinical and data protection)
Confidentiality arrangements
Health and Safety:

To ensure the health and safety of all patients and healthcare professionals including assisting with the implementation of Health and Safety policies and procedures regarding specific programme activities.

Training & Development: Assist in the development and delivery of bespoke training programmes with competency assessment, accreditation and training needs analysis for healthcare professionals delivering healthcare in partnership with the NHS. 
Quality Assurance: Provide robust quality assurance mechanism to ensure all staff, processes and procedures are suitable to undertake partnership working with the NHS:
