1.1 If you are just browsing our web site you are not required to disclose any personal information, such as your name or contact details. Visitors to the web site cannot be contacted unless such information is provided.
1.2 You do not have to give us any personal information in order to perform searches against our database of vacancies. However, if you wish to register your interest for current and future vacancies or apply for a vacancy online you are asked to provide sufficient personal information to enable us to make contact with you and assess your initial suitability for vacancies. You are also invited to upload your CV.
1.3 If you send your CV (or personal information in any other form) to us then we will use the information you provide on your CV (or in any other form), together with any other information we may obtain about you, eg from your referees and from carrying out any security checks, to assess your suitability for employment with us, for administration and management purposes and for statistical analysis. We will also use your personal information to make contact with you regarding any vacancies that you may be suitable for and to provide you with further information about us, our services and our group companies and their services.
1.4 We may disclose your personal information (although not any sensitive personal data such as health, trade union membership, race or criminal convictions, except in circumstances where we have your prior and explicit consent) to our group companies (we are part of the United Drug Plc group), agents and clients for the purposes set out in clause 1.3. We will keep your information for a reasonable period in accordance with legal requirements and for the purposes set out in clause 1.3.
1.5 If you do not wish us to use your information for the purposes set out in clause 1.3 please state this when emailing your CV/personal information. If at any time you wish us to cease holding or processing your data for these purposes, please let us know by sending an e-mail to enquiries@ashfieldin2focus.com. We will ensure that your details are removed from our records. It may take up to 21 days for this change to take effect.
1.6 Any personal information provided by you will be treated in accordance with Data Protection Act 1998 and all related legislation.
2. Use of Cookies

We charge £10 for information requests and require you to prove your identity should you make a request.
